2) Ceremony + Canapés

Best for: seamless vibe from “I do” → celebration.
Includes everything in Ceremony, plus:
Live music for canapés/photos (90 mins–2 hours)
Volume matched so guests can comfortably talk
Smooth transition with minimal downtime (I’m set up and ready)
Optional add-on: First dance live (or a live moment + recorded track - your call)
3) Complete Day

Best for: couples who want music handled across the day without stress.
Typically includes:
Ceremony + Canapés coverage
Reception music tailored to your timeline (background → upbeat)
Playlist support in breaks (seamless atmosphere - not DJ/MC)
Speeches mic available if needed (by arrangement)
Pack-down clarity: If any of my gear is used for speeches, it’s returned straight after speeches so pack-down stays smooth.

Do you travel?

Yes - I’m based in the Clare Valley and regularly play Clare / Barossa / Adelaide. Travel is quoted upfront if applicable.
What do you need on the day?

A standard power point near the performance spot. I bring the rest.
What if it rains / it’s windy?

We’ll pick a sheltered backup spot or move inside. I’ll coordinate a simple plan with you/venue beforehand.
Do you provide microphones?

For ceremonies, celebrants usually provide their own PA + mic. For receptions, I can supply a speeches mic as part of the Complete Day package (or by arrangement) with a clear hand-back time.
Can we choose the songs?

Absolutely. You can choose key moments (walk in / signing / exit). One special request is included with notice.
How loud will it be?

Never “pub loud” unless you want that later. I keep it warm and present while still letting guests talk.
How long do you need to set up?

Usually 45–60 mins depending on access/parking. I aim to be ready well before guests arrive.
